Jimmy and his crew were great, they helped decide what tire would fit best on my truck even going as far as putting one on to see how it looks. They really took their time to make sure I am riding safe and clean. 10/10 experience.

Tis the season, needed new tires. Dan and his crew helped select the ones that would be best for our needs. They always have the best service, would highly recommend!

Absolutely the best tire buying experience to date. Dan and the team at NWTX are the best! We have a Ford Expedition which had 22" wheels on it. While nice, we wanted to size down to 18" wheels so we could have both a better selection of tires and more sidewall. We had called around different shops and we could never get a clear answer. The tires we were replacing, we didn't love, but most of the other shops kept pushing me towards them still, even though I said I didn't want them. Dan turned me onto another tire, the Nokian nAT Outpost, which he personally runs on his family vehicles. So far, they are amazing tires! We spoke with Dan at NWTX about the wheel change, and he quickly confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. He said if there is any issue at all, they would let me know and we would just figure out the next step. They ordered the wheels and got us in a couple of days later. Such a smooth and easy and process. We love working with a smaller shop with such personal care. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Best tire shop around. Super friendly staff, AMAZING prices and they back up their work! I loved the waiting area. They had Netflix so my daughter could watch her favorite shows, plus a bunch of cool toys, so she was NEVER board! I would recommend Northwest Tire Worx to anyone and everyone.
